U Journal (5-9 year olds)
This U Journal encourages younger children to start exploring their emotions and to think about how every day activities can result in feeling happy, sad, grateful, positive or anxious. It will motivate them to understand these emotions and boost mindfulness and self esteem.
Our guided journal is fun with beautiful illustrations and enjoyable activities. Its 90 day journal entry pages are easy to use and undated so there is no pressure to use it every day.
Each journal is A5 with 110 pages using premium 120gsm paper. We have included a beautiful bookmark to allow your child to track their progress and to easily return to where they last finished with journal.
